A: SEC-E9/Beta/SEC-M10 has 1 year warrenty, while Alpha has 2-year warranty.
Q3.What is your terms of delivery?
A: We usually ship sample machine via DHL/UPS. If you would like to ship via air or sea, we can accept as well.
Q4.What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally,we pack our goods in Standard Shrinking Package and brown cartons.
