New function of Alpha Pro machine:

1. Support to duplicate double-track internal groove and triple-track internal groove keys;
2. Create key head: Convert regular keys into flip keys for use with the universal remotes;

    Create key horizontally and vertically: namely create the width and thickness of metal keys.
Note: These function are working on Alpha machine that the 7th number is "6" or "9" in serial number. (e.g. E220036001 or E220039001)

3. Support to export and import data

You can select to export the data under Cut History, Favorite or/and Custom Keys to USB disk according to your needs
You can import the exported data to the re-downloaded APP
and when to use?
1. Before delete and e-downloaded APP, such as change Android screen
2. Share data to other persons
4. Support to cut Non-conductive keys (plastic key)

A: SEC-E9/Beta/SEC-M10 has 1 year warrenty, while Alpha has 2-year warranty.

Q3.What is your terms of delivery?
A: We usually ship sample machine via DHL/UPS. If you would like to ship via air or sea, we can accept as well.

Q4.What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally,we pack our goods in Standard Shrinking Package and brown cartons.
